Changing CSS/Fonts to match YooTheme Quantum

I'm interested in changing the CSS/fonts within JooBB on our site: http://www.defiancegames.com/forums

in order to match the Quantum theme by YooTheme. Can anyone help guide me through this and/or point me toward a good freelance resource?
