Post XML install file for the Translations

Hello,

Is there any xml file what I can use for installing my translated languagepacks.

Do you need one for doing this ?? I was looking at this guide:
http://www.joobb.org/documentation/creating_translation_package_for_joobb.html. This doesn't say anything that we need to make a xml file, I also did take a look at the bulgarian one, which is available for download at this site. That does not have xml file as well.

If you take a look at the link, if you didn't already, maybe it works out for you.

I mean that i could install the new language with the Joomla Installer. So you go to install and upload the language zip file and it will be installed automatically.
So you don't have to upload the files manually with ftp.
