I've downloaded and installed (updated) the new 0.9.2 version. There wasn't any error when I did it.
But when I click on the link on my page to the forum, there is an error message:
Warning: require_once(include.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /users/vfr-tt/www/components/com_joobb/joobb.php on line 19
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'include.php' (include_path='.') in /users/vfr-tt/www/components/com_joobb/joobb.php on line 19
I've just unzipped the jooBB file manually and copied the include.php into the folder online. And now it seems to work.
Excellent catch Croudy!
All, this is a very easy work-around until the install package is repaired. That's what makes this community work. I got the error and didn't read it "literally" enough so I was looking inside the include.php file for an answer, not realizing that it was missing altogether!!
I believe the file is just missing out of the xml installation list so it's not being uploaded.
Jeff
i've a question when you said
"'ve downloaded and installed (updated) the new 0.9.2 version."
you upgrade using the installator of joomla???
I try it and after using "upgrade" link in joobb settings
after doing that i was getting a white screen when click the forum link so i reloaded a backup of com_joobb and com_joocm in components folder.
it works back but, in the settings of joobb i can see the installed version is 0.9.2 but i'm not sure the upgrade is ok...
if i'm already having problems, can i upload the components manually?? is there sql changes in the uptade??
Can you help me??
sorry for my english
thanks
you upgrade using the installator of joomla???
Yes, I did so. After it, I pressed the "update" button.
yes, i used the installator of joomla, i installed the three components and finally the update link in joobb tools
after that i get the white screen (may be the same error than your???)
but anyway all seems to be ok because i have the sitemap generator...
thanks a lot
i un-installed 0.9.1 which worked fine except when entering new topic, the template didnt work, it appears on a new blank page with no template, so i tried to install 0.9.1 and it didnt work at all!
I got:
500 - Layout "_maininformation" not found
That definitely sounds like some type of a conflict with your Joomla template. A 500 error I believe is a server (apache) error.
Have you tried any other main joomla templates?
