What are these errors???
Are there any special way to install JOOBB forum???
ANY HELP????
OR are there any stable version?? If so , let me know the path.
Hi Cyber,
Joo!CM/Joo!BB are pretty stable at all. There can be always some problems on using different systems (e.g. DB versions etc.). I'm at wort at the moment, but I will have a look on it when I'm at home.
Kind regards,
Robbie
Those are the same errors as reported on the previous post by Mad_Griffith. I suspect that if you add a thread to the forum they will go away also.
That's interesting as I can't replicate them although you both are seeing them especially in an empty forum.
Great feedback all and we will wait for the solution. Anyone else with the same error, please hang on to see the solution.
Keep the comments coming in!
Hi cyber,
please check this topic: MySQL error in forumhome. It will solve your issue 2. I need a little bit more time for checking point 1.
[Edit]
1.
Please download the zip file and unzip it. Then copy the included file joocmavatar.php to JOOMLA_ROOT/components/com_joocm/system/ overriding the existing file.
2.
Please download the zip file and unzip it. Then copy the included file joobb.php to JOOMLA_ROOT/components/com_joobb/helpers/ overriding the existing file.
Please let me know if it works. Thank you.
Kind regards,
Robbie
Many Thanks Robbie...It fixed all the issues with the component...
Robbie,
Is this a fix that can go into the package, or will it be necessary for the newer mysql users to apply this separately for now as I will make a sticky announcement if that is the case?
Great work!
Jeff,
There will be a patch available at weekend because I want to check other SQL-Statements if there is a similar problem.
@cyber
You are welcome
Robbie
