I have the same problem with my forum..
every singel one of the other I can do 
but to attachment a file.. like a picture is not working, what should I do?

What type of OS are you using on the computer that you are browsing your site on? Possible a java issue, but I'm not sure. The errors posted earlier seem to indicate a java error. Some uploaders use java and I'm not sure about here.
Also, attachment size make a large difference and errors are reported differently I have noticed. If I attempt to upload an image that is too large here, I get a good error message. If I appempt to upload an image too large in my personal site, I get a 500 error then when I hit the back button, I get a weird error that there was no post to save it to! May be a difference in debugging levels that we have set up in both joomla and joobb??
