Welcome Killo,
Did you click on the "terms" and accept them? If not, it won't allow you in.

jhetrick62,
I have managed to find the problem, it was my mistake i had link my menu with "Joo!CM Main Page Layout" instead of "Joo!BB Main Page Layout"
Killo,
thank you for sharing your solution.
You need to have a link to the board. That's right. However, it's important to have a menu link to both, Joo!CM and Joo!BB. It's not a Joo!CM or Joo!BB problem. This is, because of the Joomla CMS. Any Component should have an Itemid in Joomla. If you do not wish to have a link to Joo!CM or Joo!BB in your menu, you can just disable it.
In my case (www.joobb.org) I made the menu item "Community" (linked to Joo!CM) and the submenu item "Joo!BB Forum" (linked to Joo!BB).

Killo,
You should have the standard Joobb emoticon set when you install.
To make sure go to the Design Manager > Emoticon-Sets and make sure that the Joobb-Emoticon set is set to be the default. Next open the Joobb-Default Designs and make sure that it is selected. (see my attachment)
This should work for you to get our standard emoticons. What you see here is not the standard set, it is the Skype set.
