Control Fields displayed on a post

Hello,

Is there wa way to control what fields are displayed in the right box. As normally there are quite some fields each post is getting quite large, even if the message is quite small. So hiding some of these fields would increase readability.
We have a board mostly for our youngsters of the seascouts.

I've found a way by editing the jobb_post.php file, but i wonder if this is the 'right' way.

Any suggestions ?

This is correct, you have to edit the html or code itself. There are not programming "switch" options to turn the fields on/off.

It is the right way. In your case I would create an own template (just copy and rename the joobb). This way you are independent to updates.
