Making text + spaces smaller?

Is there any simple thing I can do to make everything "smaller" ?
I mean, the space between the lines and the text himself...
Everything simply one size smaller...

searched in the css - but I do not want to make everything seperate.
At first, the boxes from the forum must be less height.
Found everything, but not the boxes....where can I change it?

The forum boxes are a result of the height of the user details I believe. If you want less user details and edit some out, I believe it will shrink the height of the box.

I have not tested, but I'm guessing that if the icon was smaller, it would also limit the box height.
