[patch][rev 90] control PM link visibility by message interface state

Hi Robbie,

i wrote a small patch addressing this issue:

Private Messaging

I need access to the db table joocm_interfaces in the profile view.
To achieve this I introduced a new singleton system class JoocmInterfaces. I'm not sure this is the best solution, or if it is the joomla way to solve this.

What do you think?

sorry for the late answer!

I'm about to redesign the user list and profile views (please see latest svn revision).

The whole "send massage" problem was my mistake. I just released my "developing database". Of course I will check your suggestion and implement the changes.

As already said, it was never planned to release the "send message" interface and link. I will write an introduction how to successfully use interfaces and links.

I don't think so. I'm sure you done your installation right!
