Status

I'd like to know what the status of this project is; I want to use it and would like to contribute to it as well; I have a lot of years of programming experience (30+); I think this can be the best forum for Joomla if its not already; but I'm not sure how things are going to work now; I mean this was your baby at first just as a project for your education; now it seems to have grow beyond that; what are your plans; are you going to make this an open source project; if so how will it work? I'd like to help; I'm real interested in seeing where the code is now; I know time is at a premium for everyone; but if you open this up and enlist help you might be surprised how fast it will go with a little help. Even posting a download link to a zip file would be helpful until you get time to setup Joomla Code SVN.

I'm for sure not so experienced as you are! Only 15+ (10+ as professional; most iSeries). You are one of those (rare!) people making me believe in this what we are doing!

One thing you really can believe me, is, that Joo!BB is still my baby. It began as an education project and have been planed from it first line of code to become one of the best components for Joomla.

The time of education is over now, but I plan to save the results and get some more of them in future. Therefore I need to finish the project as 1.0 version alone. What then? There is a 99.99% probability it will become an Open Source project.

As I already mentioned in this post , you are very welcome to help me out with updates.
