what do you mean with RTL?

You can check Creating Translation Package for Joo!BB before you start.

It would be great to see a complete arabic translation for Joo!CM and Joo!BB. But I would wait with it until a release candidate at this time. This way you can save translating time, because there are some core changes.

I mean Right to Left, as menus and posts and forum category display should be on the other side...
I saw an .ini Arabic, and would have a look at it...
