unable to update account/ profile

Post unable to update account/ profile

i just installed the JOOBB forum in my site and i can't edit/ update my account or any user's account.

i can't even agree with "terms agreement" because there is no "agree" button displayed.

please help. thanks.

Do you mean that even in the backend, you can't go to the JooCM application and click on the "Users" icon to open the User Manager? Then if you open your own user, can you go down and check off to "yes" the "agreed to terms" option then save it?

If not, did you login to the back end as admin with the admin password?

In the meantime, can you go into the JooCM > Configuration section, check the "agreed to terms" to "NO", then save it? If so, you won't need your users to agree to terms.
