Forum visible problem

HI ^^ ,
ive a problem with th e group configuration ...

i added 2 new groups members and friends...

now i make a froum
1Katigori is visible for guests
1 and the first are visible for regged users
1 and the both befor for Friends
1 and the three befor for Member
and all shpuld be visible for Mods and Admins !

but i dont now how to sett up i add the groups but i can choose "Friends" or "member" in visible ore delete or such things -.-

how cani sett up such things ?!

don't care about your english.

A category is always visible, as long as there are permissions for at least one forum, which can be viewed by public.

As I understand you goal correctly, you can do it this way:

1. Set "Main Role" in your "Friends" group to private.

2. Set up your Forum as following:

View: Private
Read: Private
Post: Private
Reply: Private
Edit: Private
Edit All: Moderator or Administrator
Delete: Private
Delete All: Moderator or Administrator
Move: Moderator or Administrator
Report Post: Private
Sticky: Moderator or Administrator
Lock: Moderator or Administrator
Announce: Moderator or Administrator
Attachment: Private

now my last problem

ive a ClanPage so we have Admins and Registers ...
and member (wich can now look into Private memberforums ^^)

But they are shown as Registered (because oly the role was shown under the rank i think) ... can i sett up that all wich are in MemberGroup were shown as Member ?!


my 1st idiea was to put them into Group "Private" but how i can change the name form Private to Member ?!
