Can't upload file(s) in my posts

Hi,

I try to joined image in my post but no success
I modified the upload path in the configuration manager, verified the directory rights, etc ... but nothing.

Where is the solution please ?

[EDIT] It seems to be a limitation of my webhost (700 directory rights and no possibility to change it ). I will to remove some controls in the "Add file" file but where is this file please ?
