Notify admin of all new threads?

Is there a way to do this with Joo!BB?

I could on our last forum, and we are testing Joo!BB, and this feature is very needed. Basically, when new thread is created, admin gets a notice. After that, unless admin subscribes to it, they won't get a copy of every post to every thread, but this allows them to monitor new topics popping up.
