I also do get this error message but fortunately it doesn't effect the good forum functions.

Post Re: Creating a new topic issue

You have to install jbEditor plugin or at least publish it if installed.

Post Re: "Your request cannot be performed"

Do you have any link to provide in order to see in live mode what is going wrong?

Post Re: Help - No date or time on posts

Have a look at your language.ini in order to see if variables are missing or not.

Post Re: How do I use the "Joo!CM-Main Page Layout" as landing page for forum

I do understand your problem as I faced it before. But I found out how to fix it.

Go backend to Joo!CM component settings, then to Interface Manager, look for the Joo!B Forum link and edit it:

Replace the URL area by : &view=board&layout=joobb

And there you go!

Post Re: Missing post buttons... again

Did you apply your language settings in joomla?

Post Re: Missing post buttons... again

Right click on the place where the button should be and look at the path the image is reffering to.

You will find out if the folder is existing or not.
I did that way to fix the problem with my french forum.

Post Re: Cant copy file...

Quote by ss:Hello!

I did a fresh install of joomla, and this is going to be my first plugin for joomla...

when I try installing en-GB.plg_editors_joobb_0.9.1 first in admin I get this error:

* It was not possible to copy the selected file.
* JInstaller::install: Failed to copy file: /home/********/public_html/tmp/install_49e26550e726f/en-GB.plg_editors_joobb/site/en-GB.plg_editors_joobb.xml to /home/********/public_html/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_editors_joobb.xml

This is my first time using joomla so sorry for the newb questions! I have chmod the main folders & I have mysql 5 too

Also... for a first time user of joomla, the documentation for installing this is a little vague, just a thought to have it updated for those who have never used joomla!

Hi there,

The installation is like any other component installation on joomla. Not sure it is worth updating it. You should first get familiar with joomla CMS.

Regarding your issue, it seems to be a problem of chmod. Try to chmod 777 all your joomla folders, then install plugins then components and finally chmod 755 back all the folders.

BR,

Post Re: New features realized for the release 0.9.1

Joo!CM is installed but you don't have to use it.

You can actually disable any blocks you dont need.

Post Re: Install item BB_

Just go the language folder and search for com_joobb.ini and com_joocm.ini.

Then copy them in your own language folder (if there are missing)

Hi,

Facing same issue.

All HTML and javascript tags are stripped when submitting posts.

Even though I uses the Code Tag, it doesn't work.

As far as I know the the solution has not yet been implemented.
Is it an ohter way to solve this issue meanwhile please?

Thanks for your efforts and great component.

Post Re: French localisation for 0.75

Salut,

Une mise a jour est prévue pour le dernier package?

Sinon je peux m'atteler à la tache.

Je vais essayer de mettre un petit pack de boutons quand j'aurais le temps.
