How to install my new translation package?

I created it to the letter.
Now, how do I test it?

I deployed joo!bb in Joomla, with regular settings, nothing fancy.
I just can't find an option within the administrator screens to deploy my translation.

I have created a Spanish translation... all I have to do now is recreate the buttons, but before proceeding and sharing it, I need to figure out how to test it.

How do I install my translation package?
I followed the instructions on the announcements section of this forum, but those instructions do not tell me how to deploy the translated files.

Please help.
