You Tube Videos Show Twice

When you post a You Tube video, the clip is displayed twice in message along with some extraneous code. Any ideas?

Example:

">" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="1" allowScriptAccess="always" width="425" height="344">
