Not able to post on my board

Hi,

I've installed Joo!bb friday and tried to setup a forum on my site.
The install went very well. If i try to do a first post, the screen is a bit strange not all the buttons are visible or even not there. I have no button al all for the Post Action.

Could you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
